OVERVIEW
This website and store are operated by Detroit Nail Assassin LLC. By visiting the store or purchasing a product or virtual program, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Handmade and custom nail products can have minor variations in color, finish, placement, and appearance. Screen settings can also affect how colors appear. Custom work depends on the sizing, shape, length, and design information supplied by the customer.
We may limit quantities, decline or cancel orders, correct errors, or discontinue products when reasonably necessary. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will return the amount collected for the canceled portion.
PRICES, PAYMENT, AND TAXES
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other order charges are shown during checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted for fulfillment.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing and design information. Production begins after required details are received. Custom products are made specifically for the purchaser and are final sale as described in the Refund Policy.
VIRTUAL PROGRAMS
Virtual masterclasses and exam-preparation programs are educational services, not guarantees of licensing, examination results, income, employment, or business performance. Scheduling and access information will be sent to the purchaser using the contact information supplied at checkout. Course materials are for the purchaser’s personal use and may not be copied, recorded, resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Processing estimates, shipping rates, delivery information, and geographic limits are described in the Shipping Policy. All sales are subject to the Refund Policy.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You may not use this store, its products, content, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with store security or operation; submit false information; or infringe the rights of Detroit Nail Assassin LLC or another person.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Store content, product names, original nail designs, photographs, course materials, graphics, and branding are owned by or licensed to Detroit Nail Assassin LLC and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The store may rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, social platforms, and other third parties. Their services and websites can be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Detroit Nail Assassin LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store, products, or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
