WHERE WE SHIP

Detroit Nail Assassin LLC currently ships physical products within the United States only.

PROCESSING TIMES

Ready-to-ship press-ons and in-stock retail products are normally processed within 3–7 business days.

Custom or made-to-order press-on sets are normally processed within 15–20 business days after all required sizing and design details are received.

Virtual programs do not include a physical shipment. We will contact the purchaser at the email used during checkout within 2 business days to coordinate scheduling or access.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Large orders, incomplete customization details, or unusually high order volume may require additional time; we will contact you if a material delay affects your order.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping: $8 USD.

Free Standard shipping on eligible orders of $70 USD or more.

Express shipping: $15 USD.

The applicable options and final shipping charge are displayed at checkout. Express shipping changes carrier transit speed and does not shorten product processing time.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email used at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Carrier delays and delivery interruptions after an order has been transferred to the carrier may be outside our control.
